老年患者关节置换术后精神障碍的预防护理

摘要
目的：分析围手术期精神状态评估对老年关节置换术后精神状态预防护理的效果。方法按入院时间将关节外科住院的老年患者分成两组，2013年1月—2013年12月收治并行关节置换的老年患者100例为对照组，2014年1月—2014年12月收治并行关节置换的老年患者为试验组，对照组行常规护理模式，试验组在常规护理基础上加强围手术期精神状态评估并行临床护理路径干预。结果对照组术后精神障碍发生率及症状持续发作时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组，患者术后满意度高于对照组。结论对骨科老年手术患者加强围手术期精神状态评估并进行有效的护理干预，可有效降低老年患者术后精神障碍的发生率，并缩短症状持续发作时间，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Abstract
Objective To investigate perioperative mental status assessment in elderly patients with mental state preventive care after joint replacement surgery results.Methods According to the admission time, 100 cases of elderly orthopedic total joint replacement patients admitted to hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were chosen as the test group and another 100 cases from January 2014 to December 2014 as the control group, with the former given routine perioperative nursing intervention and the latter additionally given the mental state assessment and nursing intervention according to the clinical nursing path.Results The incidence of mental disorders and the duration of symptoms and the duration of hospital stay were shorter than that of the control group, and the patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Of orthopedic surgery in the elderly patients with perioperation mental state assessment and effective nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative mental disorders in elderly patients and relationship duration of symptoms onset time, improve the patients'satisfaction to nursing work.
