Clinical Analysis of Gynecological Laparoscopy with Pelvic Adhesion
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of gynecological laparoscopy with pelvic adhesion. Methods 96 patients with gynecologic disease and pelvic adhesion admitted into our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in each. Control group took traditional laparotomy, observation group took laparoscopy. The surgical efficacy and operation situation of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 8%, which was significantly higher than 83. 2% of control group ( P<0. 05 ); The surgery time, bleeding volume, hospital stays of observation group were (76. 7 ± 9. 4) min, (45. 6 ± 4. 7) mL, (4. 6 ± 1. 3) d, which were significantly less than control group [ (89. 3 ± 10. 2) min, (98. 4 ± 11. 6) mL, (10. 3 ± 2. 4 ) d ] ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopy with pelvic adhesion has significant application value, it is a safe and reliable treatment of pelvic adhesion, which is worthy generalization.
