格列美脲与二甲双胍联合短期内强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性分析

摘要
目的：研究格列美脲与二甲双胍联合短期内强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性。方法以天津市武清区河西务医院2015年1月—2016年11月初诊2型糖尿病患者106例随机分两组。 A组采用常规饮食、运动等干预,并口服格列美脲治疗,B组在A组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,共治疗12周。比较两组患者低血糖、肝肾和胃肠不良反应发生率；血糖达标时间；施行治疗前和施行治疗后患者血糖水平、胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素抵抗指数的差异。结果两组患者低血糖、肝肾和胃肠不良反应发生率无显著差异, P>0.05； B组血糖达标时间短于A组, P<0.05；施行治疗前两组血糖水平、胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素抵抗指数比较无显著差异, P>0.05；施行治疗后B组血糖水平、胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素抵抗指数改善幅度更大, P<0.05。结论格列美脲与二甲双胍联合短期内强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性高,可有效改善患者血糖水平和胰岛素分泌情况,低血糖风险低,安全可靠,值得推广。
Abstract
Objective To study the Glenn beauty urea with metformin in the short term to strengthen both the efficacy and safety of type 2 diabetes. Methods From January 2015 to November 2016 first diagnosis in patients with type 2 diabetes, 106 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Group A with normal diet and exercise intervention, such as beauty and oral Glenn urea treatment, B group on the basis of A set of combined therapy with metformin, A total of 12 weeks of treatment. Compare two groups of patients with low blood sugar, liver and kidney and the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions;Blood glucose control is at the time; Performed before and after treatment patients ' blood sugar levels, differences in insulin secretion, insulin resistance index. Results Two groups of patients with low blood sugar, liver and kidney, and no significant difference in incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, P>0. 05; Blood glucose control is at target group B was shorter than group A, P < 0. 05; Before implementation of treatment two groups of blood glucose, insulin secretion, insulin resistance index was no significant difference, P > 0. 05; Implementation of group B blood glucose levels after treatment, insulin secretion, insulin resistance index has improved more, P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Craig beauty urea with metformin in the short term to strengthen both the efficacy and safety of type 2 diabetes, which can effectively improve the patients' blood sugar levels and insulin secretion, low risk of hypoglycemia, safe and reliable, is worth promoting.
