Detection of Trace Elements in Children's Blood and Evaluation of Applied
Objective To explore the application value of trace element in peripheral blood of children. Methods A total of 388 children were selected from our hospital as subjects.Their peripheral blood samples were collected for determination of trace elements. The children were divided into three groups according to the age of the subjects.141), Ⅱ (4~6 years, 149 cases), Ⅲ group (> 6 years, 98 cases), by comparing the different groups of children in the detection of trace elements to calculate the children of different ages or excess elements The incidence of.Results There were no Mg, Cu deficiency or excessive levels in the children, but the rate of Ca deficiency was 6.4%.Children aged 4~6 years old had no Ca or Fe, Zn, Mg, Cu and Pb.(11.4%).The rate of deficiency of iron was 25.0%, and the rate of deficiency of Zn was 24.2%.The rate of deficiency was the highest among children aged 1~3 and the rate of Pb exceeded 10.8%.The incidence was increasing with age, The incidence of children of all ages were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The content of trace elements in children 's peripheral blood can be used to guide the parents to adjust the daily dietary structure and ensure the reasonable dietary structure and nutritional balance of children, and promote the growth and development of children.
