Analysis of the Effect of Individualized Nutrition Management During Pregnancy on Fetal Weight and Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective Analysis of the effect of individualized nutrition management during pregnancy on fetal weight and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The subjects of this study were randomly divided into study group and control group, 73 cases in each group, which were randomly divided into the study group and the control group in December 2015 to 2016 in in July.Pregnant women in the control group were given routine physical examination and the matters needing attention.In the experimental group, the pregnant women were given individualized nutrition management on the basis of the control group.Results The 2 500~3 500 g research group of neonatal body weight significantly higher than the control group, the data with significant difference (P<0.05);the study group of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage rate and macrosomia rate were 20.55%, 3.27%, 2.74%, 36.98%, 16.44% in control group were asked, 19.18% data, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The intake of protein, calcium, iron and RDA of pregnant women in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional management during pregnancy can effectively control fetal weight in the normal range, but also can reduce maternal hemorrhage, the clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion of use.
