The Analysis of Application of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma
Objective To study and explore the application of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma. Methods From January 2013 to June 2016 our hospital during the period of soft tissue sarcoma 80 cases as the research object, take the single blind random grouping randomly divided into two groups (40 cases, control group treatment with surgery, observation group of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, compared two groups of patients with limb salvage rate, treatment effect and postoperative recurrence of half a year. Results The observation group of patients with limb-salvage surgery at a rate of 77.50%, control group patients was 55.00%, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05);The treatment of patients with total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05);Postoperative follow-up found six months, the recurrence rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05);Observation group of patients during neoadjuvant chemotherapy does not appear serious adverse reactions. Conclusion In patients with soft tissue sarcomas line implementation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery, patients can improve the limb salvage rate, improve the treatment effect, reduce recurrence and to improve prognosis.
