Compound Locally Slow-releasing Potential Drugs for the Treatment of Periodontal Disease Clinical Effect Analysis
Objective To study and analyze the treatment of periodontal disease with local slow-release compound drug effect.Methods To collect a total of 74 patients with periodontitis, in accordance with the principle of randomization group were divided into control group (37 cases) and observation group (37 cases) and control group accepted routine treatment, the observation group received local slow-release compound drug treatment, the total number of bacterial pathogens are relevant to the curative effect of two groups of patients, observation and comparison.Results The curative effect observation group is significantly higher than the control group and observation group related to the total number of bacterial pathogens significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion In the process of the treatment of patients with periodontitis, local slow-release compound drugs can make patients get better curative effect, reduce pathogenic bacteria, inhibiting illness development, is worthy of popularization and application.
