剖宫产术前补钙预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果评价

摘要
目的 分析探讨产妇在进行剖宫产术前补钙以预防宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果,总结应用体会.方法 选择深圳市盐田区盐田街道计生服务所于2014年12月-2015年12月期间收治的70例进行剖宫产的产妇作为观察对象,随机分为观察组35例与对照组35例,观察组患者于手术实施前静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙注射液,对照组患者手术实施前不使用药物,观察两组患者的术中出血量、术后出血量、手术时间及住院时间等指标.结果 观察组患者的术中出血量(178.79±23.44)mL、术后出血量(216.33±32.08)mL及术后2 h累积出血量(578.04±87.39)mL均显著少于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间(34.36±5.15)min及住院时间(4.02±1.46)d均显著短于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理质量的总体满意度为97.14%,对照组对护理质量的总体满意度为80.00%,观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 剖宫术前补钙,可以有效预防产妇产后出血,效果确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze women during cesarean delivery preoperative calcium supplements to prevent contractions fatigue sex the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage, summarizes the application experience.Methods Our hospital in December 2014 to December 2015 70 cases of cesarean section in our hospital during the puerpera as research object, 35 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group 35 cases, observation group of patients before surgery to implement an intravenous drip of calcium gluconate injection, control group patients before carrying out the operation without the use of drugs, observing two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood loss, operating time and hospital stay and other indicators.Results Observation group of patients with intraoperative blood loss (178.79±23.44) mL, postoperative blood loss, postoperative 2 mL (216.33±32.08) and h accumulated blood loss (578.04±87.39) mL were significantly less than the control group, comparing differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observation group of patients with operation time (34.36±5.15) min and length of hospital stay (4.02±1.46) d were significantly shorter than the control group, the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05);Observation group of patients on the quality of nursing overall satisfaction was 97.14%, the control on the quality of nursing overall satisfaction was 80.00%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, two groups compare the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative cutting palace filling calcium, can effectively prevent maternal postpartum hemorrhage, the effect is exact, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
