Early Combined Medication Intervention on Premature PVL Curative Effect Observation
Objective To analyze and study the early multi drug combination intervention on premature Leukoencephalomalacia treatment. Methods Children with periventricular leukomalacia in preterm infants in our hospital 68 cases as the object of study, children were randomly divided into two groups, 34 cases in each group, the control group received routine treatment, observation group were given on the basis of routine treatment, early implementation of multi drug (ganglioside 1,6-two phosphate fructose and mouse nerve growth factor) combined with intervention therapy were given at the same time were compared between the two groups of cerebral white matter damage in children at the age of 1, and intelligence development index evaluation and psychomotor development index comparison. Results Nild observation was significantly higher than the control group in children with white matter brain injury group, severe cerebral white matter damage was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant data difference (P<0.05);the observation group with mental development index and psychomotor development index were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance of data comparison the difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The premature Leukoencephalomalacia were treated with ganglioside 1,6-two phosphate fructose and mouse nerve growth factor and multi drug treatment can significantly alleviate the early development of children with periventricular leukomalacia persistent lesions, the treatment effect is remarkable.
