Trimetazidine in Application Value to Explore the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Heart Failure
Objective To analysis and study of trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure.Methods In March 2015 to March 2016, select our hospital 86 cases of patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure, according to random number table extraction method were divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group, the control group were treated by routine medical treatment, disease on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group increased trimetazidine treatment, compare two groups of patients before and after the treatment effect and treatment of left ventricular diastolic final inner diameter and left ventricular contraction the inner diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction.Results The observation group of patients treatment effective rate was 95.34%, control group patients treatment effective rate of 81.40%, data comparison differences statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment, the observation group of patients with left ventricular inner diameter and left ventricular diastolic final shrinkage final diameter was significantly lower than control group, left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that of control group, data comparison differences statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease with heart failure on the basis of conventional treatment increased trimetazidine has significant effect, and high security has important clinical value.
