Relationship Between Serum Hepcidin Levels and Cardiovascular Disease in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients
Objective To observe and analyze the relationship between maintaining hormone levels and cardiovascular disease serum hepcidin hemodialysis patients.Methods To maintain the random selection of my hospital from December 2014 to December 2016,the stable hemodialysis patients 54 cases as the observation group study,contains 20 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease,at the same time,healthy people accept a medical examination in our hospital 25 cases as control group.Results The patients in the observation group the serum hepcidin levels of advanced oxidation protein and IL-6 were significantly higher than in the control group,a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);serum Hepcidin and ferritin,total iron binding capacity and IL-6 independent,patients in the observation group occurred in patients with cardiovascular disease serum hepcidin levels were significantly higher than that in patients with cardiovascular disease,with statistically significant data difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum hepcidin levels in hemodialysis patients with cardiovascular disease can be associated with.The new independent risk factors in patients with cardiovascular disease as blood,but need further validation.
