Correlation Analysis the Changes of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke Patients MCA Blood Flow Velocity and Pulsatility Index
Objective To investigate cerebral ischemic stroke patients MCA blood flow velocity and pulsatility index. Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic stroke were slected in the department outpatient and inpatient hospital of First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2016 to January 2017, including 56 cases of male, female 64 cases. The transcranial oppler ultrasound use to test patients bilateral middle cerebral artery and detected blood flow velocity and pulsatility index .The changes of blood flow velocity and pulsatility index in the middle cerebral artery of the affected side and the healthy side were . Results All of patients with the affected side middle cerebral artery systolic peak flow velocity (t=15.63, P<0.05), diastolic peak flow velocity (t=10.61,P<0.05) was smaller than the contralateral side; and the affected side average blood flow velocity compared with the contralateral side was not statistically significant (t=0.58,P>0.05); and for cerebral artery the affected side pulsatility index are significantly higher than the contralateral (t=3.54, P<0.05).Conclusion The cerebral ischemic stroke patients with cerebral infarction in the middle cerebral artery, the clinical observation of TCD in patients with middle cerebral artery blood flow velocity and pulsatility index of the clinical diagnosis and treatment, predict the change of the disease has guiding significance.
