Clinical Efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Nephritis
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods 90 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups in January 2014 to 2016 year in June.The single drug group was treated with valsartan,and the combination group was treated with atorvastatin combined with valsartan.The total effective rate of two groups of patients with chronic nephritis,renal function,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment were compared.Results Patients with chronic nephritis treated with combined treatment group total efficiency is higher than that of the single drug group,P＜0.05;two groups before the treatment of diastolic blood pressure,renal function,blood pressure showed no significant difference,P＞0.05;after treatment,the combination group renal function,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure improved more significantly,P＜0.05.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with valsartan is effective in the treatment of chronic nephritis,can effectively improve the blood pressure and renal function of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
