摘要
目的 研究分析替硝唑联合盐酸左氧氟沙星对慢性盆腔炎患者的临床治疗价值.方法 选取2015年9月至2016年9月期间在江西省共青城市人民医院治疗的90例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将90例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各为45例,评价两组治疗效果,评价指标包括治疗有效率和不良反应发生率.结果 观察组患者治疗有效率比对照组高,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率比对照组低,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 替硝唑联合盐酸左氧氟沙星对慢性盆腔炎患者的临床治疗价值较高,值得推荐采纳.
Abstract
Objective To study the analysis for indications in combination with levofloxacin hydrochloride in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical therapeutic value.Methods 90 cases of hospital patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease as the research object,all the object of study in September 2015 to September 2016,the patient will be voluntary and informed consent to participate in this study,using the random number table method 90 patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 45 cases,two groups of therapeutic effect evaluation,evaluation index including treatment efficient and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The observation group of patients treatment effectiveness is higher than control group,two groups of data comparison difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);To observe the incidence of adverse reaction is lower than the control group patients,two groups of data comparison difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For indications in combination with levofloxacin hydrochloride in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinical therapeutic value is higher,recommended to adopt.
