早期强化降压集束化治疗在颅脑外科术后应用的探讨

摘要
目的 对颅脑外科术后患者进行镇痛镇静辅助下的早期强化降压治疗,观察其效果.方法 将颅脑外科术后的患者随机分为集束化治疗组与对照组,两组患者分别进行相应治疗.在治疗后观察两组间生命体征、颅内压变化等方面的区别.结果 集束化治疗组在达到目标血压时间早于对照组,血压达标率明显高于对照组,颅内压的升高趋势小于对照组,均有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 早期强化降压集束化治疗在颅脑损伤术后应用能快速达到目标血压,并减轻患者躁动,更有效地遏制术后颅高压,达到更佳神经功能恢复效果.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of analgesia and sedation in the treatment of postoperative patients with craniocerebral surgery.Methods Patients with craniocerebral surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group.The patients were treated with the corresponding treatment.Respectively,after treatment observed between the two groups of vital signs,changes in intracranial pressure and other aspects of the difference.Results Compared with the control group,the ascending trend of intracranial pressure was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early intensive antihypertensive cluster therapy can achieve the target blood pressure quickly after operation,and reduce the restlessness of the patients,and more effectively curb the postoperative cranial hypertension to achieve better neurological recovery.
