Application of Early Intensive Antihypertensive Cluster Therapy in Postoperative Brain Surgery
Objective To observe the effect of analgesia and sedation in the treatment of postoperative patients with craniocerebral surgery. Methods Patients with craniocerebral surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The patients were treated with the corresponding treatment.Respectively, after treatment observed between the two groups of vital signs, changes in intracranial pressure and other aspects of the difference. Results Compared with the control group, the ascending trend of intracranial pressure was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intensive antihypertensive cluster therapy can achieve the target blood pressure quickly after operation, and reduce the restlessness of the patients, and more effectively curb the postoperative cranial hypertension to achieve better neurological recovery.
