Calcium Supplementation During Pregnancy Clinical Observation on Prevention of High-risk Pregnant Women During Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Disease
Objective To observe the effect of calcium supplementation for the prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods From December 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital for prenatal examination of 120 cases of pregnant women,were randomly divided into two groups,each of 60 cases,the observation group of pregnant women taking calcium every day,the control group of pregnant women not taking calcium.Results Only 2 cases of pregnant women on calcium pregnancy induced hypertension in pregnant women,without calcium occurred in 6 cases of gestational hypertension during pregnancy,pregnant women receiving calcium gestational hypertension incidence was 3.33％,significantly lower than that of non pregnant women receiving calcium 10％,significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Calcium supplementation can gestational hypertension effectively prevent the occurrence,is worthy of promotion.
