HPV in Cervicitis, Cervical Cancer Lesion Before, Cervical Cancer Detection and Significance of the Research
Objective To study and discuss human papilloma virus(human papillomavirus,HPV)in cervical disease,cervical cancer lesion before,testing value and clinical significance of cervical cancer.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 during the selection of the phase in our hospital,admitted during the period of 120 cases of chronic cervicitis patients,90 patients with cervical cancer lesion before,60 cases of cervical cancer patients as the research object,set to cervicitis groups respectively,the precancerous lesions,cervical cancer,precancerous lesion group and then divided into CIN I,CIN II,CIN level III,all patients were tested for HPV,compare the HPV positive loads,HPV infection,HPV DNA load duration,calculate the duration of HPV infection,HPV DNA load capacity and the correlation of cervical cancer.Results Cervicitis groups and precancerous lesions,cervical cancer HPV positive rate of loads,HPV infection,HPV DNA load duration,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05),from high to low in turn for cervical cancer and precancerous lesion group,cervicitis groups,and different classification of patients with cervical cancer lesion before HPV DNA load capacity,HPV infection duration were significant differences(P＜0.05);Through correlation analysis,duration of HPV infection,HPV DNA load capacity are closely related with the occurrence of cervical cancer,were positively correlated.Conclusion HPV infection may be involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer lesion before,cervical cancer,HPV detection for cervical cancer lesion before,cervical cancer screening,is advantageous to the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer.
