Breast Cancer Before and After Chemotherapy in Patients with Serum Ca, P, Mg, the Relationship Between Zinc Content and Curative Effect
Objective To study the effect of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy on serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P) and magnesium (Mg) and the influence of content of zinc (Zn).Methods Choose 80 cases on the chemotherapy of breast cancer patients as chemotherapy group, were observed before and after chemotherapy in patients with serum Ca, P, Mg and zinc level changes, choose 80 cases of healthy women as healthy people group, detect the serum Ca, P, Mg, zinc levels, and comparison analysis. Results Chemotherapy group, Ca, Mg content significantly lower than the healthy group (P<0.05), zinc content is significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05), P content in comparison with healthy group had no statistical significance (P>0.05);Ca, Mg content were significantly higher after chemotherapy before chemotherapy (P<0.05), the zinc content is significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), the P content is slightly lower than before treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Serum Ca, P, Mg and zinc content changes as the clinical therapeutic effect, can be used for effective detection of chemotherapy response factors, in terms of outcome has a certain reference value.
