Children Mumps Epidemiological and Vaccination Effect Research
Objective To analyze children mumps epidemiological and result of vaccination.Methods Collected in October 2014 to December 2014, an outbreak of mumps in elementary school in our city the epidemiological data of 1200 cases with the aid of mumps epidemiological survey for all patients with clinical diagnosis standard for each of the survey;For all the vaccination for measles, mumps and live attenuated child on a full investigation.Contrast the onset of vaccinated, the vaccination group number and incidence of a disease;Epidemic parotid concurrent conditions;Mumps vaccine immune effect for years.Results Before the mumps outbreak in October 2014, the incidence of children vaccinated group (1.35%) was significantly lower than the incidence of vaccinated group (5.93%), significant difference was found in the data, with statistical significance (P<0.05);In October 2014 to December 2014, broke out in the school a total of 95 cases, the overall incidence of vaccinated group is 2.75%, the vaccinated group overall incidence of 18.70%;2 years before the vaccine protection ratio was 100%, 2 years began incidence is rising, until 10 years vaccine to protection and up to 100%.Conclusion Vaccination is the best way to prevent children infected with mumps, and Suggestions in the fifth year after the children have the vaccine then revaccination for a vaccine.Schools shall use a variety of forms to students and their parents publicity of the significance of mumps vaccination and vaccination, encourage children to protect children's health.
