Analysis of the Hypoglycemic Effect of Signes Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes
Objective To study the west Glenn dean phosphate metformin treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.The hypoglycemic effects and the protection of islet function.Methods In December, 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital endocrinology treatment of 66 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, control group take metformin alone, observation group USES the west Glenn phosphate treatment, joint metformin compared two groups of patients with blood glucose and insulin function.Results The observation group after treatment of FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c was improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment HOMA beta, HOMA IR, IAI, serum APN was improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion West Glenn dean phosphate metformin treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, is beneficial to control blood sugar, delay the islet function deterioration, protect islet beta cell function, have positive clinical significance.
