对比超声剪切波弹性成像与核素SPECT显像对甲状腺癌的诊断价值

摘要
目的 探讨超声剪切波弹性成像与核素同核素SPECT显像在甲状腺诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取甲状腺疾病患者43例(62个甲状腺结节)为研究对象,分别行核素SPECT显像及超声剪切波弹性成像检查,对比两种检查结果. 结果 剪切波弹性成像的灵敏度为90.48%,特异度80.49%,准确率为83.87%,核素SPECT显像分别为61.90%、65.82%、66.13%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在甲状腺癌诊断中,超声剪切波弹性成像临床价值较核素SPECT显像高,更值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound elastography and radionuclide SPECT imaging in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases.Methods A total of 43 patients with thyroid disease (62 thyroid nodules) were selected as the subjects, and the results were compared with the results of SPECT and.Results The sensitivity of the shear wave elastography was 90.48%, specificity was 80.49%, the accuracy was, and the radionuclide SPECT imaging were 61.90%, 65.82% and 66.13%, respectively.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, the clinical value of ultrasonic shear wave elastography is higher than that of radionuclide SPECT imaging.
