Analysis of Clinical Application Effect of Low Concentration of Coagulation Technology in Blood Transfusion
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the application of the low ion coagulation technology in blood transfusion.Methods Treated by blood transfusion and blood supply were analyzed in 200 cases, select the period from June 2015 to June 2016 period, with the draw for the group of 100 cases treated with conventional method of saline transfusion testing patients as the control group, and 100 cases treated with low ionic Polybrene test blood transfusion technology for the patients the test results, 2 groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group, the positive detection rate, stability, accuracy and sensitivity were significantly higher in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of low ionic coagulation technology in blood transfusion test has a high application effect, and is worthy of application and popularization.
