摘要
目的 探讨微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定膨化食品中铝的可行性. 方法 样品经微波消解后,采用ICP-OES对膨化食品中铝进行测定.结果 ICP-OES法相对标准偏差(RSD)4.0%,线性相关系数0.999 9,回收率88.46%.结论 ICP-OES测定膨化食品中铝具有RSD小、线性相关系数好、准确度高、测定快速等优点,是测定膨化食品中铝的理想方法.
Abstract
Objective The discussion of the accessibility to measure the aluminium content in puffed food by inductively coupled plasma optical emission-spectrometry (ICP-OES),-microwave-digestion.Methods Using ICP-OES to measure the aluminium content in puffed food after the microwave digestion.Results The RSD of the determination is 4.0%,r2 =0.999 9, the recovery is 88.46%.Conclusion The result determined by ICP-OES gets a low RSD,high linearity,high precision,and simplicity, which implies it a ideal method for determination.
