Determination of Aluminium Content in Puffed Food by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), Microwave Digestion
Objective The discussion of the accessibility to measure the aluminium content in puffed food by inductively coupled plasma optical emission-spectrometry (ICP-OES),-microwave-digestion.Methods Using ICP-OES to measure the aluminium content in puffed food after the microwave digestion.Results The RSD of the determination is 4.0%,r2 =0.999 9, the recovery is 88.46%.Conclusion The result determined by ICP-OES gets a low RSD,high linearity,high precision,and simplicity, which implies it a ideal method for determination.
