Study on theEfficacy of Long Pulsed Nd:YAG 1 064 nm Laser in the Treatment of Onychomycosis
Objective To study the efficacy of long pulsed Nd:YAG 1 064 nm-laser in the treatment of onychomycosis. Methods The research object for the June 2014 to 2016 year in April, the whole white superficial nail dystrophy or dlso patients in 44 cases, which were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with long pulse Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser treatment, the control group were treated with 5% amorolfine liniment in treatment.Comparison of two groups of patients with onychomycosis treatment efficiency, differences in the incidence of treatment before and after treatment SCIO score in patients with adverse reactions. Results The laser therapy group after treatment, patients with onychomycosis 6 months after treatment the total effective rate of 5% amorolfine liniment and no significant difference between group, P>0.05;compared to at the end of treatment, 6 months after treatment and before treatment, the score has significant difference of long pulsed Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser group than in the SCIO;at the end of treatment, 6 months after treatment and before treatment, 5% amorolfine liniment group SCIO scores were significant difference, P<0.05.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of long pulsed Nd:YAG 1 064 nm laser in the treatment of onychomycosis is exact, with 5% treatment effect of amorolfine liniment, can effectively improve the patient`s condition, no obvious adverse reactions, and course of 5% topical amorolfine liniment is shortened, it is worthy of popularization and application.
