Hemodynamic Correlation Study on the TCD Detection of Non Vascular Cognitive Impairment in MCA Blood Supply Area
Objective To investigate the relation of hemodynamic changes in Patients with non dementia vascular cognitive impairment in MCA blood supply area by TCD.Methods Selected 80 patients,-from October 2015 to October 2016, in the outpatient department and inpatient department of First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University, diagnosed with Ischemic cerebral infarction in MCA blood supply area.36 patients with non dementia vascular cognitive impairment were selected as the observation group, while 44 patients with vascular cognitive impairment were selected as control group. The blood flow velocity and pulsatility index of MCA in two groups were detected by TCD,then compared the relationship between blood flow velocity and pulsatility index of the two group. Results There were significant differences in TCD cerebral hemodynamics between the patients with non dementia vascular cognitive impairment and the control group with normal cognition, the blood flow velocity of the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05), but pulsatility index increased (P<0.05),all of these two had statistical significance. Conclusion TCD detection of blood flow velocity and pulsatility index in patients with ischemic stroke in MCA area can guide clinician to get early diagnosis of VCI-ND.
