Study on the Effect of PPH in the Treatment of Hemorrhoids Complicated with Internal Prolapse
Objective To investigate and analyze the PPH (PPH) clinical effect in treatment of hemorrhoids with mucosal prolapse.Methods The experiment time from November 2014 to November 2016, the subjects were treated in our hospital with hemorrhoids prolapse patients 110 cases, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 cases in each group, the control group was given mixed hemorrhoids milligan morgan therapy, the observation group was given PPH treatment, after the end of the experiment, the time of operation the two groups of patients, postoperative recovery time, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion PPH has a significant effect in the treatment of hemorrhoids with internal prolapse, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical application.
