新生儿重症监护室新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床分析

目的 针对新生儿重症监护室中行以呼吸机机械通气的新生儿发生呼吸机相关性肺炎进行研究.方法 选取广东东莞市人民医院于2012年1月-2016年1月期间收治的重症监护室行呼吸机机械通气新生儿730例做观察对象,对其发生呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床情况和致病菌分类做研究分析.结果 30例在重症监护室行呼吸机机械通气新生儿,其中有9例出现呼吸机相关性肺炎,发病率是1.23%;致病菌分为:肠道革兰阴性杆菌8例,占致病菌比例为88.89%;其他致病菌为1例,占致病菌比例为11.11%.9例患呼吸机相关性肺炎的患儿,痊愈出院有8例,1例转院治疗.结论 对重症监护室的新生儿行呼吸机机械通气所发生的呼吸机相关性肺炎情况和致病菌分类进行研究,能够对降低其病发率起到有效作用,提前做好防控措施.

Objective To breathing machine mechanical ventilation in neonatal intensive care unit boc study the ventilator associated pneumonia of newborn.Methods To choose his own hospital in January 2012 to January 2016 admitted during the period of 730 cases of neonatal intensive care unit line of breathing machine mechanical ventilation do observation object, the occurrence of ventilator associated pneumonia clinical condition and pathogenic bacteria classification to do research and analysis.Results 730 cases in the neonatal intensive care unit line of breathing machine mechanical ventilation, including 9 cases of ventilator associated pneumonia, the incidence is 1.23%;Pathogenic bacteria are divided into: 8 cases of intestinal gram-negative bacillus and pathogenic bacteria percentage is 88.89%;Other pathogenic bacteria of 1 case, accounting for pathogenic bacteria was 11.11%.9 cases of children with ventilator associated pneumonia, 8 patients were cured, 1 case of transfer treatment.Conclusion The intensive care unit of the neonatal line of breathing machine mechanical ventilation of ventilator associated pneumonia and to study the pathogenic bacteria classification, can reduce the disease rate to play an effective role, ahead of prevention and control measures.
