Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery Combined with Drug Treatment of Endometriosis
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of endometriosis.150 cases of patients with endometriosis.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected, blind method divided into 2 groups, 75 cases in control group were given laparoscopic surgery, 75 cases in observation group were given laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results In the total efficiency of treatment, the observation group was 94.67%, significantly higher than in the control group 70.67%, two groupsThere was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group, was 5.33%, higher than 22.67% in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups of data (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometriosis, adopt laparoscopic surgery combined with drug treatment, have significant effect that can reduce the incidence of adverse reaction;therefore, we should adopt in the clinical application.
