Clinical Analysis of Myocardial Damage Caused by Rotavirus Enteritis
Objective To study the clinical manifestations of myocardial damage caused by rotavirus enteritis. Methods 95 cases of children with acute enteritis were selected and divided into RV antigen positive group and RV negative group. The myocardial zymogram of the two groups were observed. Results RV antigen positive group 53 cases, CK was (165.2±80.1) U/L, CK-MB was (72.5±30.2) U/L, LDH was (314.5±90.2) U/L, α-HBDH was (235.2±71.2) U/L, RV antigen negative group 42 cases, CK was (110±61.1) U/L, CK-MB was (21.5±4.5) U/L, LDH was (214±54.2) U/L, α-HBDH was (154.2±50.2) U/L, with statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The indexes of myocardial enzymes were significantly increased in RV positive children with diarrhea, and there were myocardial damage.
