Objective To propofol scoline in psychiatric patients without application of modified electric shock are analyzed and summed up.Methods A total of 140 psychiatric patients in Xinyu hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly selected in Jiangxi, who were treated with modified electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).All patients were given anesthesia with propofol and propofol, and the anesthetic effect was observed. Results The blood oxygen saturation and blood pressure stimulation after administration,-and awake-after the differences were not significant,-but the stimulation of the heart rate significantly faster than before administration and after administration and awake after the heart rate compared with before administration, no significant difference.A total of 11 cases of adverse reactions, but the degree was mild, after stopping the drug can disappear, without special treatment. Conclusion The application of propofol and succinylcholine in psychotic patients with modified electroconvulsive therapy, small changes in heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, high efficiency, good safety, and is worthy of promotion.
