Comparison of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis
Objective To compare the clinical effect of two different surgical methods in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 88 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with an average of 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with posterior cervical fusion, while the treatment group was treated with modified transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion.Results Patients in the control group before and after surgery in the improvement of VAS score greater than treatment;lumbar spondylolisthesis and lumbar spinal stenosis disease surgery pass rate reached 90.9%, 70.5% higher than the control group in the perioperative period;only 1 cases of adverse reactions, less than 8 of the patients in the control group.Conclusion The treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with lumbar spinal stenosis can improve the pain, reduce the adverse reaction and shorten the treatment time.
