摘要
休谟认为道德责任并不必以自由意志为前提，神学和心理学都无法对自由意志给出可信的说明；因果必然性和自发的自由足以解释道德责任和道德评价如何可能。笔者认为，休谟的自发自由观对现代西方哲学特别是自由主义产生了重要影响，但休谟的因果必然性观点并不能彻底驳倒自由意志理论，反而为自由意志的存在提示了可能性空间。在实践理性的视域中，发展出一种自由意志和自发的自由的相容解释是可能的。
Abstract
Hume thinks that free will is not the premise of moral responsibility, and it can not be explained by theology and psychology. Causal necessity and the liberty of spontaneity are enough to explain moral responsibility and moral evalu-ation. The author thinks that Hume’s View about the liberty of spontaneity has a proud effect on modern west philosophy, especially liberalism,however Hume’s standpoint on Causal necessity can not completely refute, On the contrary, can indi-cate the possibility of free will. It is possible to develop a kind of compatible explains of free will and the liberty of spontaneity from the perspective of practical reason.
