摘要
猪流行性腹泻(Porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED)是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(Porcine epi-demic diarrhea virus,PEDV)引起的一种高度接触性肠道传染病,以腹泻、呕吐、脱水和对哺乳仔猪高致死率为主要特征,给养猪业带来严重的经济损失.及时准确地诊断PEDV感染对于预防和控制PED至关重要,目前已经开发了许多用于PEDV、病毒蛋白及核酸的检测方法,包括病毒分离、酶联免疫吸附试验、直接免疫荧光检测、免疫组织化学技术、免疫层析技术等免疫学方法;RT-PCR、实时定量RT-PCR、核酸等温扩增技术、CRISPR-Cas系统检测技术等分子生物学方法.本文针对PEDV的抗原检测技术和方法进行综述,以期为PEDV的临床监测和PED的防控提供参考.
Abstract
Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)is a highly contagious intestinal disease caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).The main characteristics of PED are diarrhea,vomiting,dehydration and high mortality of suckling piglets,resulting serious economic losses to the pig industry.Timely and accurate diagnosis of PEDV infection is crucial for the prevention and control of PED.Many methods or technologies have been developed including virus isolation,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,direct immunofluorescence assay,immunohistochemical technique,immunochromatographic assays,RT-PCR,real-time quantitative RT-PCR,nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology,CRISPR-Cas system detection technology and so on.In order to provide reference for clinical monitoring of PEDV and prevention and control of PED,antigen detection techniques and methods for PEDV were reviewed.
