In order to understand the killing effect of disinfectants of different components on Goose Astrovirus, compound glutaraldehyde, sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder and povidone-iodine solution were selected for the evaluation of the killing effect to guide the disinfection and source elimination in clinical practice. After laboratory evaluation of the killing effect of the three disinfectants on Goose Astrovirus at different dilution ratios and different reaction times at 10℃,25℃and 37℃,the results showed that at room tempreture(25℃),only 1∶80-fold dilution of compound glutaraldehyde among the three disinfectants could completely kill Goose Astrovirus at 1 min,5 min and 10 min of reaction time, while compound glutaraldehyde 1∶300-fold dilution and other two disinfectants of recommended concentration failed to effectively kill Goose Astrovirus. For high content of Goose Astrovirus(104.0EID50),1∶80-fold diluted compound glutaraldehyde solution needs to work for 10 min at 10℃to effectively kill Goose Astrovirus, but low content of Goose Astrovirus(103.0EID50)can be completely killed at this concentration. When the temperature reaches 25℃,1∶80 times diluted compound glutaraldehyde solution can kill Goose Astrovirus for 1 min; However,a 1∶160-fold dilution of compound glutaraldehyde solution takes 10 min to completely kill Goose Astrovirus.Continue to increase the temperature to 37℃,1∶80 and 1∶160 times diluted compound glutaraldehyde solution and Goose Astrovirus for 1 min can play an effective killing effect. In summary, the shortest time for killing Goose Astrovirus(104.0EID50)with 1∶80 compound glutaraldehyde at 10℃,25℃and 37℃was 10 min,1 min and 1 min, respectively; This study clarifies the killing effect of different disinfectants on Goose Astrovirus at different temperatures and reaction times for the first time, and provides a reference for the biosecurity prevention and control of Goose Astrovirus.
