The production of brewer's spent grain in China is huge,often discharged directly as waste,resulting in serious resource waste.It is necessary to effectively apply it to livestock and poultry production.Fermentation technology can effectively preserve and improve the nutritional content of brewer's spent grain,and increase the value of brewer's spent grain as animal feed.This article reviews the nutritional value,fermentation process,and application of fermented brewer's spent grain in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference for the application of fermented brewer's spent grain.
