预制菜是以一种或多种农产品为原料,配以各种辅料预制加工而成的成品或半成品.其中,畜禽预制菜主要指使用猪牛羊禽肉及其副产品为原料所制作的预制菜产品.近年来,在懒人经济与疫情的催化下,国内预制菜产业迅猛发展.广东省依托政策东风、资源及市场优势,从省级层面有组织地推动预制菜产业发展,而畜禽预制菜产业更是众多企业争先发力的赛道.该文基于实地走访与问卷调查,探讨广东省畜禽预制菜产业发展的现状、存在的问题,并提出相应的发展策略.
The Present Situation and Development Strategies of the Prepared Food Industry in Guangdong Province
Prepared Dishes are finished or semi-finished products made from one or more agricultural products as raw materials,combined with various auxiliary materials.Among them,prepared dishes of livestock and poultry mainly refer to prepared dishes made from pig,beef,sheep,poultry meat and its by-products.In recent years,under the catalysis of the lazy economy and the epidemic,the prepared dishes industry has developed rapidly.Guangdong Province,relying on policy advantages,resources,and market advantages,has organized the development of the prepared dishes industry at the provincial level,and the prepared dishes of livestock and poultry industry is a race track for many enterprises to take the lead.This article is based on field visits and questionnaire surveys to explore the current situation and existing problems of the development of the prepared dishes of livestock and poultry industry in Guangdong Province,and propose corresponding development strategies.
