Research Progress on the Antigen Detection Technology of Classical Swine Fever Virus
Classical swine fever(CSF)is a highly contagious and fatal viral disease of pigs caused by Classical swine fever virus(CSFV).It is one of the major problems in pig industry because of its worldwide distribution and different degrees of prevalence in pig raising countries.Since the discovery of CSF,it has caused great losses to the pig industry. Therefore, high quality clinical diagnostic technology is a prerequisite for rapid detection and effective control of CSF.At present,a number of detection methods and technologies for CSFV antigen, protein and nucleic acid have been developed, such as:CSFV isolation and identification,Fluorescent antibody test(FAT),Immunohistochemical technology(IHC),Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),Immunochromatographic assays(ICA),RT-PCR,Real-time quantitative RT-PCR(qRT-PCR),Nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology(NAIA),Microfluidic technology,Gene chip,CRISPR-Cas system technology and other methods. In this paper,CSFV antigen detection techniques and methods were reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical monitoring of CSFV and prevention and control of CSF.
