不同消毒技术对PRRSV消毒效果的研究进展

猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,PRRS)是由猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)引起一种严重危害生猪健康的疾病,给全球养猪业带来了严重影响.消灭传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感动物是控制传染病的三大要素,由于PRRSV具有遗传多样性,使用疫苗免疫和药物治疗等手段对PRRSV的防控效果并不乐观.因此,通过消毒技术消灭PRRSV和切断其传播途径的防控策略变得尤其重要.消毒技术主要分为物理和化学消毒技术两类,物理消毒是指利用高温、紫外线、电离辐射等对病原体进行灭活;化学消毒则是利用消毒剂杀灭病原微生物.该文从物理和化学消毒原理、效果及对PRRSV消毒进行了综述,以期为PRRSV防控提供理论依据.
Research Progress on the Efficacy of Various Sterilization Techniques on PRRSV Disinfection
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is a disease caused by the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).It poses a serious health hazard to pigs and has had a significant impact on the global pig industry.To control infectious diseases,it is essential to eliminate the source of infection,cut off the transmission pathway,and protect susceptible animals.Due to the genetic diversity of PRRSV,preventing and controlling it through vaccine immunization and medication is not optimistic.Therefore,it is particularly important to adopt a prevention and control strategy that involves eliminating PRRSV and cutting off its transmission routes through disinfection techniques.Disinfection technology can be divided into two categories:physical and chemical disinfection technology.Physical disinfection involves the use of high temperature,ultraviolet light,ionizing radiation,etc.to inactivate pathogens,while chemical disinfection uses disinfectants to kill pathogenic microorganisms.This paper reviews the principles,effects,and disinfection methods of PRRSV using physical and chemical disinfection.This review aims to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of PRRSV.
