摘要

野生鸟类作为生物多样性最为丰富的脊椎动物之一,对维持生态系统平衡起着重要作用.野生鸟类可携带多种病原体,包括病毒、细菌、寄生虫等.尤其是人畜共患病,对人类公共卫生构成潜在威胁.面对疫病传播发展的日益复杂化与不确定性,传统的病原微生物检测方法对于病原学检测存在局限性.而高通量测序技术的出现和技术更新,极大地提升了病原微生物的识别与鉴定能力.因此,为加强对鸟类携带病原体的传播疫病情况的了解,该文着重对野生鸟类携带病原体的流行情况,传统检测方法和高通量测序技术在野生鸟类疫病研究中的应用方面进行综述,以期为科研工作者在探究野生鸟类携带病原体及高通量测序技术在野生动物疫病中的应用提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

Wild birds,as one of the most diverse vertebrate species,play an important role in maintaining ecosystem balance.Wild birds carry various pathogenic microorganisms,including viruses,bacteria,parasites,etc.Especially zoonotic diseases pose a potential threat to human public health.Faced with the increasingly complex and uncertain development of disease transmission,traditional pathogen detection methods have limitations in pathogen detection.The emergence and technological updates of high-throughput sequencing technology have greatly improved the ability to identify and identify pathogenic microorganisms.Therefore,in order to enhance the understanding of the transmission of diseases by birds carrying pathogenic microorganisms,this article focuses on the prevalence of pathogenic microorganisms carried by wild birds,and reviews the application of traditional detection methods and high-throughput sequencing technology in the study of wild bird diseases.The aim is to provide reference and guidance for researchers in exploring the application of pathogenic microorganisms carried by wild birds and high-throughput sequencing technology in wild animal diseases.
