年轻汉族女性面部比例的测量与评估

摘要
目的 测量中国年轻汉族女性的面部比例.方法 测量两组年轻女性照片的面部比例:普通组选择30名骨性及安氏Ⅰ类错(牙合)的年轻女性,拍摄治疗后身份证照片;明星组随机抽取百度评选出来的中国最美女明星30名,对网上提供的身份证照片进行正面软组织高度和宽度的测量和评估.结果 普通组女性面部比例和黄金比例比较接近;明星组的丽部比例和黄金比例有差异.与普通组女性相比,明星组的面中1/3最长,面上1/3和面下1/3较短,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);女明星的眼外眦间距更宽,鼻子更窄,口裂宽更小,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 与普通组相比,明星组30名女性下颌更小,额头宽且短,鼻部和口裂更小.
Abstract
Objective To measure and assesse the facial proportions of Chinese young women,in order to instruct the clinical work.Methods Facial proportions were measured and assessed by examining photographs of 2 groups of Chinese young women:common group,30 young female adult patients with skeletal Class 1 occlusion; star group,30 young female stars whose photos taken from magazine and internet.Results The proportions of the face-height components in common group were similar to the golden proportion.Star group differed from the golden proportion.Compared with common group,the female stars had a longer middle 1/3 facial height and a shorter upper and lower 1/3 facial height which had a statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The female stars had smaller mandibles,wider foreheads,shorter noses and smaller mouths than young adult female patients with skeletal Class 1 occlusion.
