含高渗透率光伏配电网的集群划分电压控制策略

分布式光伏大规模分散接入导致配电网电压越限问题频繁出现,针对集中控制无法快速响应分布式光伏随机性、就地控制难以实现整体协调的问题,该文提出了一种改进社区算法的分布式光伏集群协同优化电压控制策略.首先,通过改进社区算法,实现了综合考虑功率平衡和节点耦合程度的无功、有功集群划分;然后,充分利用光伏逆变器功率控制能力,提出集群协调电压控制策略;最后,提出电压调节能力的评价指标,对集群内节点调节能力进行评估并选取关键节点,有效减少了控制节点的数目.通过对改进的IEEE 69配电网进行仿真分析可知,所提的电压控制策略能缓解高渗透率分布式光伏接入配网的电压越限问题,提高了光伏的消纳能力.
Cluster Division Voltage Control Strategy of Photovoltaic Distribution Network with High Permeability
The large-scale distributed access of distributed photovoltaic leads to frequent voltage over-limit problems in the distribution network.Aiming at the problem that centralized control cannot quickly respond to the randomness of dis-tributed photovoltaic and local control is difficult to achieve overall coordination,this paper proposes a distributed photovoltaic cluster collaborative optimization voltage control strategy based on improved community algorithm.Firstly,by improving the community algorithm,the division of reactive and active clusters considering power balance and node coupling degree is realized.Then,the power control ability of photovoltaic inverters is fully utilized,and the cluster coor-dinated voltage control strategy is proposed.Finally,an evaluation index of voltage regulation ability is proposed to evaluate the node regulation ability in the cluster and select the key nodes,which effectively reduces the number of con-trol nodes.Through the simulation analysis of the improved IEEE 69 distribution network,the results show that the voltage control strategy proposed in this paper can alleviate the voltage over-limit problem of high-permeability distrib-uted photovoltaic access distribution and improve the photovoltaic consumption capacity.
