Impedance Modeling and Oscillation Characteristic Analysis of Hydrogen Production System by Wind Power
Due to the distribution characteristics of long-distance and reverse of the wind turbines, there is a risk of os-cillation and instability when the hydrogen production system by wind power is connected to the power grid as a power electronics system. In this paper, the impedance model of hydrogen production system by wind power is developed to an-alyze the oscillation characteristics when connected to the power grid.Firstly,an impedance model considering the static-dynamic electrical behavior of the electrolytic cell is established, and thereby,a double-Fourier transform is used to establish the impedance model of water electrolytic equipment for hydrogen production including power electronic con-verter.Then,by combining with the impedance characteristics of the wind turbines, the influence of the grid short circuit ratio(SCR)and operating conditions on the stability of the hydrogen production system by wind power is analyzed.Af-terwards,the sensitivity analysis of the control parameters of hydrogen production equipment is carried out, which provides guidance for the parameter optimization to improve the system stability. Finally, the conclusions are verified through a time-domain simulation model.
