面向储能多应用价值协同的风光储系统日前优化调度方法

在新能源发电侧配备储能不但可平滑新能源波动、移峰填谷、提高新能源的可调性及消纳能力,而且还具有峰谷套利等多方面应用价值.针对储能价值挖掘问题,首先分析了储能在具有互补性和关联性的峰谷套利、波动平抑、功率预测误差补偿 3 种应用价值中所能够获得的收益,在此基础上提出了考虑储能多价值协同的风光储系统优化调度方法,以风光储系统总收益最大为目标,同时考虑到储能的损耗成本,对日前协同优化调度模型进行线性化求解,实现了储能同时响应多种应用价值需求的协同优化.最后对实际系统进行仿真,并与不同调度方案对比,结果表明:所提方法通过协同优化具有互补性和关联性的多种应用价值,在保障储能使用寿命的同时,能够更好地提高储能的利用率和收益,具有较好的经济性和适应性;不同储能容量配置下储能总净收益会随着容量增大呈现先增后减的趋势,其套利空间有限.
Day-ahead Optimal Dispatch for Wind-photovoltaic-storage System Considering Synergistic Multi-application Value of Energy Storage
Equipping energy storage on the renewable energy generation side not only enables the smoothing of renewable energy fluctuations and peak-shaving so as to enhance the controllability and integration capacity of renewable energy but also offers various applications,including peak-valley arbitrage.In light of the value exploration of energy storage,this paper first analyzes the benefits that energy storage can obtain from three applications with complementarity and correla-tion,namely,peak-valley arbitrage,volatility smoothing,and power forecast error compensation.Based on this analysis,an optimal dispatch for wind-photovoltaic-storage system is proposed,which considers the synergistic utilization of mul-tiple application values of energy storage.The objective is to maximize the overall revenue of the wind-photovoltaic-storage system while considering the cost of energy storage losses.The model for coordinated optimal dispatch is linear-ized to enable energy storage to simultaneously respond to diverse application value requirements.Finally,simulations are conducted on an actual system,and the proposed method is compared with different scheduling strategies.The results demonstrate that the proposed method,by synergistically optimizing multiple application values with complementarity and correlation,can be adopted to not only enhance the utilization and revenue of energy storage but also ensure the lon-gevity of energy storage;moreover,the method exhibits favorable economic feasibility and adaptability in practical applications;the total net profit of energy storage under different energy storage capacity configurations will first increase and then decrease as the capacity increases,and its arbitrage space is limited.
