摘要

分布式可再生能源高比例渗透是未来新型配电系统的核心特征.大规模分布式光伏接入低压配电网,给配电网运行带来严重过电压问题的同时,系统的不确定性与日俱增,亟需开展不确定环境下低压配电网分布式光伏承载能力的研究.为此,提出一种基于可能性理论的低压配电网光伏承载能力评估方法.针对源-荷不确定性的差异,分别建立光伏出力区间模型和负荷模糊模型;定义可能性违规风险以量化配电网在运行中由不确定性带来的过电压风险;在此基础上,提出考虑可能性违规风险的分布式光伏承载能力评估方法.采用IEEE 34节点标准算例,通过对比所述方法与传统确定性光伏承载能力评估方法,验证所述方法的优越性与有效性.此外,分析仿真参数对评估结果的敏感度,并进一步探索配电网中有载调压变压器抽头位置与静止无功补偿器参数对网络光伏承载能力的影响.最后,在IEEE 123节点配电网中验证所述方法在更广泛系统上的应用.结果表明,该方法在评估中能够有效考虑源-荷的不确定性以及由此导致的电压违规风险,运营商可以根据配电网状况在可承受的风险内最大化网络光伏承载能力.

Abstract

High proportion of renewable energy penetration is the core feature of low-carbon power system in the future.More and more distributed PVs are connected to the low-voltage distribution network in China,which brings serious overvoltage problems to the operation of the distribution network.It is urgent to carry out the research on the maximum access capacity of distributed PV in the distribution network.Therefore,an evaluation method of photovoltaic acceptance capacity of distribution network considering source load uncertainty is proposed.Moreover,the PV output inteval and load fuzzy models are established,respectively,considering the difference of source load uncertainty;the possible viola-tion risk is defined to quantify the overvoltage risk caused by source load uncertainty in distribution network operation.On this basis,a distributed photovoltaic acceptance capacity evaluation method considering possible violation risk is pro-posed.Finally,the IEEE 34 bus distribution network is compared with the traditional deterministic photovoltaic acceptance capacity evaluation method to verify the low conservation and effectiveness of the method.In addition,the sensitivity of the simulation parameters of the method to the evaluation results is analyzed,and the effects of OLTC tap position and SVC parameters on photovoltaic acceptance capacity in distribution network are further explored.
