悬跨海底电缆涡激振动响应数值分析

悬跨海底电缆在海洋环境荷载的影响下易产生涡激振动现象,对海缆的服役安全性造成威胁.为了研究悬跨段海缆的涡激振动响应,提出一种利用数值软件分析悬跨段涡激振动的方法,并验证了其计算的准确性.首先,介绍了数值方法的计算原理.然后,利用Orcaflex软件建立悬跨段数值分析模型,理论验证了计算自振频率的准确性,经计算,一阶自振频率理论计算结果与数值结果的最大误差为 8.89%,二阶自振频率理论计算结果与数值结果的最大误差为 9.28%,证实了模型相符程度良好.接着,利用经验公式法对数值模型计算涡激振动的准确性进行验证,悬空段振型计算结果的平均误差为 9%,验证了模型用于计算悬跨段涡激振动响应的准确性.最后,基于Orcaflex软件,开展了考虑海床作用的海缆悬跨涡激振动动力学分布特征及海缆振动特性的分析研究.结果表明:涡激振动作用下,悬跨海缆最大张力值和曲率值出现在海缆与海床分离点;最大振动幅值与流速无直接关系,而与悬跨段振型有关;随着流速的增加,悬跨段电缆横流方向振动模态阶数增加.该文研究成果为海底电缆涡激振动计算分析提供了一种有效计算模型和方法,未来基于该计算模型可对涡激振动的振动特性作进一步分析.
Numerical Analysis of Vortex-induced Vibration Response of Suspended Span Submarine Cable
Under the influence of marine environmental load,the vortex-induced vibration of the suspended submarine cable is easy to occur,which poses a threat to the service safety of the submarine cable.In order to study the vor-tex-induced vibration response of suspended span cable,a numerical software method is proposed to analyze the vortex-induced vibration of suspended span cable,and its accuracy is verified.Firstly,the calculation principle of numer-ical method is introduced.Then,the Orcaflex software was used to establish a numerical analysis model of the suspended span segment,and the accuracy of the calculation of natural vibration frequency was verified theoretically.By calculation,the maximum error between the theoretical calculation results of the first-order natural vibration frequency and the nu-merical results was 8.89%,and the maximum error between the theoretical calculation results of the second-order natural vibration frequency and the numerical results was 9.28%,which confirmed that the model was in good agreement.Then,the empirical formula method is used to verify the accuracy of the numerical model to calculate the vortex-induced vibra-tion.The average error of the results is 9%,which verifies the accuracy of the model to calculate the vortex-induced vibration response of the suspended span segment.Finally,based on the Orcaflex software,the dynamic distribution characteristics and vibration characteristics of submarine cable suspension vortex-induced vibration are analyzed.The re-sults show that the maximum tension and curvature of the cable appear at the separation point between the cable and the seabed under vortex-induced vibration.The maximum vibration amplitude is not directly related to the velocity,but to the mode of the suspended span.With the increase of the flow velocity,the vibration mode order in the cross flow direction of the suspended span cable increases.The research results of this paper provide an effective calculation model and method for the calculation and analysis of vortex-induced vibration of submarine cables,and the vibration characteristics of vor-tex-induced vibration can be further analyzed based on the calculation model.
