CF3SO2F/N2混合气体中柱式环氧树脂绝缘子沿面闪络特性

CF3SO2F/N2混合气体是一种潜在的SF6替代气体,但其沿面闪络特性目前仍有待研究.该文结合三氟甲基磺酰氟(CF3SO2F)已有研究成果,综合考虑液化温度、运行工况、应用成本等多方面因素,主要研究CF3SO2F/N2混合气体.通过搭建直流、工频、雷电冲击等不同电压形式下的沿面闪络实验平台,开展了均匀电场下混合气体中的沿面闪络特性研究,并与SF6进行了对比.通过研究发现:不同电压形式下的沿面闪络电压随气压升高而呈增长趋势.在直流电压下,0.8 MPa下混合体积比为12%CF3SO2F/88%N2的混合气体相对沿面绝缘强度为0.5 MPa下SF6的90%以上;在工频交流电压和雷电冲击电压下,前者的相对沿面绝缘强度分别接近后者的70%和90%.此外,还对实验后样品表面形貌进行了对比分析,发现不同电压形式下,混合气体中实验后样品表面闪络痕迹的形状与颜色均存在差异,其中工频交流电压沿面闪络对样品表面的损伤最严重.该文结论可为CF3SO2F绝缘设备的绝缘设计提供参考.
Surface Flashover Characteristics of Cylindrical Epoxy Resin Insulators in CF3SO2F/N2 Mixture
CF3SO2F/N2 mixture is a potential SF6 substitute gas,however,few researches on its surface flashover charac-teristics are available in the literature.In this paper,combined with the existing research results of CF3SO2F,the liquefaction temperature,operating conditions,application costs and other aspects were taken into account,and CF3SO2F/N2 mixture was studied.Consequently,an experimental platform for surface flashover under different voltage forms was established,including DC voltage,power frequency AC voltage,and lightning impulse voltage.The surface flashover characteristics of gas mixture under uniform electric field were studied and compared with SF6.It is found that the surface flashover voltage under different voltage forms increases with the rise of gas pressure.Under DC voltage,the 12%CF3SO2F/88%N2 mixture with surface flashover voltage of 0.8 MPa can reach more than 90%that of 0.5 MPa SF6.Moreover,under power frequency AC voltage and lightning impulse voltage,surface flashover voltage of the former can be close to 70%and 90%that of the later,respectively.Additionally,the surface morphology of the samples after surface flashover is compared and analyzed.It is found that the shape and color of the flashover traces on the sample surface are different in the gas mixture under different voltage forms,and the flashover along the power frequency AC voltage causes the most damage to the sample surface.The conclusions of this paper can provide references for insulation designs of CF3SO2F insulation equipment.
