Defense Strategies Against Uncertain Malicious Attacks on Power Systems Considering Wind Pow-er Fluctuations
In a power system with fluctuating wind power, the uncertainty of wind power output and malicious attacks pose a great threat to the safe and stable operation of the power system. In order to enhance the power system's ability to resist wind power fluctuations and uncertain malicious attacks,a defense-attack-dispatch model is proposed that considers wind power output uncertainty and is oriented to uncertain malicious attacks.Firstly,a polyhedral uncertainty set is formed with considering the wind power generation uncertainty.Secondly, the uncertainty malicious attack is taken into account, and it is proposed to construct a power system defense model with uncertainty malicious attack as the core in the defense-attack-dispatch framework. Finally, the proposed model is simulated and verified on the IEEE RTS-79 and IEEE RTS-96 test systems, and the C&CG(column-and-constraint generation)algorithm is used to solve this model. The simu-lation results fully verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and solution method and reveal that the defense technology that considers wind power fluctuations and uncertain malicious attacks can reduce the total operating cost of the power system, and can help defenders adjust the risk of power system operation.
