摘要
目的 了解乳腺癌术后即时背阔肌乳房重建和假体乳房重建术的安全性和满意度.方法 检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane library等数据库,使用Review Manager 5.4 软件分析两种术式治疗乳腺癌的安全性和满意度.结果 共纳入 10 项研究,发现背阔肌乳房重建术患者手术部位感染危险较小(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.28～0.93),包膜挛缩、重建失败、乳头乳晕坏死、并发症发生概率均较低(OR分别为 0.11、0.22、0.06、1.68,95%CI分别为 0.03～0.32、0.12～0.41、0.01～0.40、1.48～1.90),美容效果较好(OR=1.51,95%CI:1.21～1.89).结论 乳腺癌术后即时背阔肌乳房重建术具有较好的安全性和满意度.
Abstract
Objective To understand the safety and satisfaction of immediate latissimus dorsi(LD)and prosthetic breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.Methods PubMed,Embase and Cochrane library databases were searched,and safety and satisfaction of the two surgical procedures for breast cancer were analyzed using Review Manager 5.4 software.Results Ten articles were included.Compared with prosthetic breast reconstruction,wound infection(OR=0.52,95%CI=0.28-0.93),capsule contracture(OR=0.11,95%CI=0.03-0.32),reconstruction failure(OR=0.22,95%CI=0.12-0.41),nipple/areola necrosis(OR=0.06,95%CI=0.01-0.40),and complications(OR=1.68,95%CI=1.48-1.90)were lower,while cosmetic efficacy was higher(OR=1.51,95%CI=1.21-1.89)in LD breast reconstruction.Conclusion The immediate LD breast reconstruction is safe and satisfactory for patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.
