抵抗素是在小鼠脂肪细胞中发现的激素,在炎症、代谢、免疫性疾病、慢性疾病中发挥重要作用.该文就抵抗素调控机制及其与慢性肾脏病、心血管疾病、肥胖及糖尿病、癌症的关系作一综述.
Abstract
Resistin is a hormone found in mouse adipocytes,and plays an important role in inflammatory,metabolic,immune and chronic diseases.This article reviews the regulatory mechanism of resistin and its relationship with chronic kidney diseases,diabetes,cardiovascular diseases,and cancer.
