Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a hematologic malignancy derived from hematopoietic stem cells,with treatment difficulty and poor prognosis.Epigenetics plays an important role in the development and progression of leukemia.Histone methylation modification-associated genes and enzymes as therapeutic targets for AML have made great progress.This article briefly reviews the recent research progress of histone H3 lysine methyltransferase in AML.
